Okay, so Gerard does NOT have a mohawk after all...it was just a rumor.
In latest MCR news, Bob has a staph infection and a few dates for this weekend have been cancelled.

Also, MCR performed at the VMA preshow! The performed their new single from the hush-hush new album. It was verrry cool! Select MCRmy members got to go. I wish I had gotten to go!

So anyway, more me less MCR now (to an extent >>....I think I may be a lot less emo now due to certain turning points and such that are making me rethink this depressing abyss into a happy, still emo, but happy nontheless. BUTTTTT....it's only if the thing happens, and then I'm like "no it won't you stupid little girl. don't get excited or you'll be emo*." But then I'm like "no, let me have my fantasies. because dammit, I'm not gonna sit around and wait, I hafta make the thing happen." So that's the main reason I'm going to the fabric store, so I can get the fabric...and then I'll go to Michael's and get the yarn. The other reason I'm going to the fabric store is to buy fabric for my Halloween costume, gothic lolita Dorothy with black lipstick <3.>> But back to my point. I'm gonna work on those projects and *MAYBE* take pictures. And because I KNOW MCR's gonna tour for their new album later on....I'll definately make my mom take the piccy I will frame and go to fscking Kinko's and get shrunk down to locket size. >> Ehehehehe. new format

So, that was the new format. The idea is to only have it once or twice a week (or whenever new content is added) so that it's easier than making a lot of these (http://shadowrulz.blogspot.com/2006/06/birthday-06.html) types of posts. Such blather that clouds up the blog. Also, the archiving system. I'll probably list the month's posts at the end of the month. There would also be "archive"-like hard copies, I guess.

In other news, the EGL tea party was a blast. This week in Elle I also saw that stupid English rock knock-offs are coming about, with these faddish "Rock 'n' Roll Cream Tea" parties, usually associated with black lace. Kinda ticks me off. Zoe was a Kodona and Chrissy was informal EGL, and I was EGL with a petticoat <333 It was fun. EGL (or PGL, punk gothic lolita--a term I made up) tea parties have been around for a good 9 years, and then this "Rock 'n' roll, blast punk music while drinking tea" thing comes about.

And also, I was thinking, stuff like cosplay and shopping and tea parties--and heck, mabye even MCR!--keep me off of dwelling on emo and such. However, memes on DA are annoying the HELL out of me. Keep asking but you're never gonna get an answer~

I'll probably add a "Gerard similarity of the week" feature to the weekly info. Ah, the grinds my gears section? Those two songs (and To The End RNR Cheryl Remix from Underworld) are MCR songs that haven't been released on a CD, so I want the singles without having to download a whole flarking torrent.

In cosplay news, I am cosplaying Dejiko this year nyo. I think you knew that. Anyway, my wig came from Hong Kong and my hat is finished. It is so kawaii nyo! My skirt needs to be hemmed and I need to make the top and apron (dad will mostly help me with that). I also need to make the boot covers and the gloves nyo. It is gonna be the best Dejiko ever! I am so happy nyo ^^In art news, I've been designing lotsa lolita pretty dresses nyo. EH, that's it.

This is for anyone who need know about the RTC flame war.

This is just a law file dealing with some slight problems lately. As of 11/23/05.

People have been spamming our blog on anonymous accounts, saying our lives are "crap" and breaking the law by copying our blog. I, as the SCC lawyer, just wanted to respond to this with answers. Hopefully it should answer all your inquiries ^_^

1. Spam. Spam is, though it may be to discord, not illegal. Although it isn't illegal, it is still very harmful and messes up the whole blog. We try to delete these comments and post angry rantings in place. If you are unhappy with our approach, you can bite us.

2. Copyright. We just have to say it, people-- Stale Cheese Convention is (c) 2004 to Gabrielle w. and Chloe b. No copy blogs are allowed UNDER LAW. "Rotten Taco Convention" was just a big, immature mess. Mariel shouldn't have copied our blog. And she went against the law. THE LAW, PEOPLE. So please, do not copy and part of SCC with out our permission. Ask us first.

3. Anonymous writes... We've gotten a few anonymous posts in the past saying "i hate your blog it is crap" and "stop talking about crap." This weekend is a four day weekend, due to records day on Friday and MLK day on Monday. w00t! I'm so happy, kupo! I'm so happy, >nyo< ! Thinking of things Dejiko, my friend Lauren is Puchiko and I am Dejiko when we go to Ikasucon in July. Long trip but worth it! I have all my old stuff......from last year....

Speaking of stuff, today I got a Happy Bunny Pillow, a wristband, and lunchbox, and a Hello Kitty hat and wristband at Claire's!

Choir is killing me.

I'm serious! We have to sing "I'm a Believer" in choir, and it's different, and the boys and girls sing canon, and it's horrible and.....ugh. I just want to drop out for this song.

We just had our yearly testing. Mid-terms are over, yay! Plus, this weekend I went to a weekend Church Camp. We sang songs, fished, and paddle-boated. I had a lot of fun. ^^ So, not much going on now, though. School will be back to normal tomorrow. Oh well! I also got a Palm Pilot as a gift a few days ago. It's a Zire 31. ^^ It plays MP3s, and I have Soramimi Keiki, Dou iu koto kana, Moi Moi, and a few other Azumanga Daioh songs on there. Well, back to life. See ya!
